The Board of Supervisors af the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte Coun#y Code of said Caunty, DO
pRDAIN, as follows:
SECZ`ION 1. The hereinafter descE-ibed area situate in the County of
Butte, State of Califarnia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an M-1 (Ligh#
Industriai) Distric#, and such area shall be subject to th~ restrictions and restricted
nses and regulations pursuant to But#e County Code Section 24-11~.
Said area so zoned being located in th~ uruncorporated area o~ Bu#te
County, Durham, more particularly described as follows:
All that cer#ain real property situate in the county of Butte, S#ate of
California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 91 as shown on that certain map entitled °5ubdivision
Plan af Durham State Land Settl~ment" which map was recorded in
the ~ffice of the Recarder of the County of Butte, S#ate of California,
on Febn~ary ~3, 1.919, in Map Book 8, at page 23 and more particulaFly
described as follows:
Beginning at the mast Northerly corner of that certa~n parcel in deed
to Kenneth E. Langford, recorded in _the O€fice o~ the Coun#y
Recorder, of the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, on September
$, 1970 in Book 1633 0~ Of~cial Records at page 72; thence fram said
point o~ begi~ning and along the Southwesterly lin~ of California State
Highway 99 E, North 41 degrees 18 feet 45 inches West 1165.15 ~eet;
~hence leaving said Highway line South 56 degrees 19 feet 42 inches
West 547.28 fee#; thence South 51 degrees 14 feet 31 inches West
928.39 feet to a point on th~ Northeas#erly line af the Chico-(hoville
Road; ~hence along said line South 66 degrees (14 feet East 1274.15
f~et to the beginning o£ a 1630.Q0 foat radius curve to th~ right; thence
along the arc of said curve through a centra~ angle of 04 degrees 27
feet 00 inches an arc length of 126.b0 feet to the Westerly corner of
that certain parcel in deed to Kenneth E. Langford; thence along the
Northwesterly line of said Kenneth E. Langford parcel Narth 48

and containing 31.94 acres more or less.

in full force and effect from and after thirfy (30) days after the date of its passage,
and be~ore the expirat~on of fifteen {15) days after its passage, thits Ordinance shatl
be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors
voting for and agairvst it in the C h i c o E/ R , a newspaper published in the
Cauniy of Bu#te, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Califorr~ia, on the 6thday of f~ovember ~~9g~~ by the
