The Boa~d of S~pervisors of the County o~ Butte, Stat~ of
California, DO ~RDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Sect~.on No. 37 of 4rdinance No. 2843 af the
County of Butte entitled PR4BATION 430-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the fo~~owing:
Pasitions Classification Title
5 Supervising Probation Officer
~~ Probation Officer II, I
and adding thereto the following:
Posit~.ons Classi~ication Title
q Sup~rvising Probation O~ficer
22 Probation Officer II, I
thereby leaving the total. unchanged.
This ordinance sha11 take effect im~ediately pursuant to
Section 25123(~) af the Govern~nent Cade of the State of
California; and before expiration of f~fteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of Califo~nia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
