Cal.ifornia, no ORDAIN as follows:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25~23(f) of the Gvve~nment Code af the State of
California; and befare exp~ration of fifteen (~5) days after its
passage it shall be published ~n a newspaper in the Cau~ty af
Butte, 5tate o~ Ca~iforn~a.
