The Board o~ Supervisors of the Cvunty o~ Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as ~o~lows:
Section 1 that SeCtion No. 3A of the County o~ Butte
~nti~led Salary Plan for Classified Positians is he~eby amended
by adding thereto the fol.lowing:

Section 2 that Section No. 15 ~f Ordinance No. 2843 of the
County of Butte entitled COUNTY COUNSEL 100-001 is hereby
amended by adding thereto the follawing:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to

Bu~te, 5tate of Califo~nia.
