The Baard o~ Supervisors of the Cour~ty of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as ~01.1.ows:
Section 1 that Secti~n No. 54 of Ordinance No. 28~3 of the
County o~' Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES 540-
001 is hereby amended by del~ting therefram the fol.lawing:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the totle ~~om 73 1/5 to 74 1/5.
This ordinance shall tak~ effect immedia~ely pursuant to
Section 25123(f) of the Government Code of the State o~
California; and before expiration vf fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the Caunty of
Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervis~rs o~ the
County of Butte this 18th day of December , 1990 by
