The Board of Supervisors of the Co~nty of Butte, Sta#e of California,
under and pursvant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said Couniy, DO
QRDAIN, as follows:
SECTIDN 1. The hereinafter described area sit~ate in the County of
Bu#te, State of Cali£ornia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an M-2 (Heavy
Industrial) District, and such area sha11 be sub~ect to the restrictions and restricted
uses ar~d regula~ions pursuant #o B~t#e County Code Section 24-117.
