AN ORDIN,ANCE Z~NING A PORTTON OF THE COUNTY OF
BU1TE, . STATE OF C.ALIFORNIA, AN SR-1/2 .(SUBURBAN
RESTDENTIAL) DISTRTCT, PURSUANT T4 CHAP'TER 24-29-
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butfe, State o£ California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said Caunty, DO
ORDAIN, as fallows:
, SECTION l. The hereinafter descxibed area situa#e in #lie Cou~ity of
Bu#te, Sfate of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an SR-1/2 (Suburban
Residential - 1/2 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
res~rictians and r~stricted ~ses and regulations pursuant ta Butte County Code
Section 24-160.
Said area so zoned being lacated in the un;ncorparated axea of Butte
County, Chico, mare particularly described as foliows:
Begir~ing at the centerline of Bidwell Avenue at a point located 30
feet west of the NW corner of Parcel 2 as shown on that certain map
in Book SS of Maps, Page 34;. thence S 90' 00' 40" E atong the N line
of Parcel2, 3, and 4 of said map, and #he projectior- thereaf to the NW
corner of Lot 5 of Silver Tree Subdi~ision Unit II, Phase T as recorded
in the office o£ the Butte County Recorder in Book 1U4 of rnaps at
Page 30; ~~ence S 00° 06' S7" E to the SW corner of Lot 6 af said
Subdivision Map; #hence N 89° 57' 22° W along the S line of Lots 6,
7, $, and 9 to the NW corner of Lot ~.1 of said Subdivision Map;
thence southeasterly alnng the southwesterly line of said Lot I1 and
the souther~y line of Lots 22 through 29, the westeriy ~ine of Lots 41,
42, and 43, the southerly line of Lots 43, 44, and 45 of Silver Tre~
Subdivisio~ Unit II, Phase II, in Book 104 of Maps, at Page 64 ta ~3~e
SE corner of said Lo# 45; thEnce S 00° 05' 39" E along the east
boundary of Lo# fi8 of Silver Tree Subdivision Unit II, Phase I#o the
centerline of Bidwell Avenue, then noz`therly and westecly along the
cen~erline of Bidwell Avenue to #he point of be~inn~ing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and i~ is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage,
and befor~ the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
