The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the County of Butte
entitled salary Plan for Classified Positions is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of the Government Cade of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 8th day of January , 199 ~ by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, Fulton, P~cLaughlin and
Chairman Dolan
