The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 27x3' of
the County of Butte, entitled SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTED AND
APPOINTED OFFICIALS be amended by adding thereto as
follows:

Section 2 that Section No. 6 of Ordinance No. L7~3 `of

be amended by adding thereto as follows:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State
of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
