AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 283. OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, state
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4, Reference C, of the County
of Butte entitled Salary Plan for Elected and Appointed
Officials is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Flat Yearly__Salary
$86,157
$94,344
Classification Title
Municipal Court Judge
Superior Court Judge
and adding thereto the following:
Flat Yearly Salary
$90,680
$99,297
Classification Title
Municipal Court Judge
Superior Court Judge
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADDPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 29th day of January , 1991 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
NOT VOTING: None
