AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 27$3 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the County of Butte
entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Step Step Hourly Class Classification
Range 1 5 Rate Unit Code Title
32 1517 1846 $8.77 GEN 6257 Environmental
Health
Technician
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 29th day of January _, 1991 by
the following vote:
AYES:Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Doran
