The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A o f the County of Butte
entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
Salary Step Step Hourly Class Classification
Ramon e__ 1 5 Rate Unit Code Title
52 2477 3007 $14.29 MCS 3731 Supervising
Building
Inspector
Section 2 that Section No. 40 of Ordinance No.27~3 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - BUILDING INSPECTION 440-
002 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Building Inspector IV, III
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
~. Supervising Building Inspector
1 Building Inspector III
thereby changing the total from 28 to 29.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123{f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of California.
