AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.'~rF~~-OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Berard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the County of Butte
entitled salary Plan far Classified Positions is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Salary Step Step Hourly Classification
Range 1 5 Rate Unit Code Title

Junior

and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
