The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the County of
Butte, entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

following:

thereby, changing the total from 82 to 73.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State
of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the
County of Butte this 29th day of January , 1991 by
