Ordinance No. 2907
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. ~~33. OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Berard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of Califarnia, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section Na. 60 of Ordinance N0. ~7~3 of
the County of Butte entitled WELFARE - ADMINISTRATION 570-001
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
4 Social Worker Supervisor II
18 Social Worker Supervisor I
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
9 Social Worker Supervisor II
13 Social Worker Supervisor I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shah. take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the
Caunty of Butte, State of California.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 29th day of~ January 1991 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin, Fu1tan and Chair Dolan
