The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 48A of Ordinance No. Z'7$~~
of the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - ENGINEERING
AND ADMINISTRATION 530-044 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Civil EngineeringMSenior or
Civil Engineering-Associate
3 Civil Engineering-Associate
or Civil Engineering-
Assistant
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Civil Engineering-Senior or
Civil Engineering-Associate
~ Civil Engineering-Associate
or Civil Engineering-
Assistant
thereby changing the total from 16 to 18.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 {f) of the Government Code of the State
California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
after its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 26th day of February 1991,
