The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the
entitled Salary Plan for Classified Posit
amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Step Step Hourly Ciass
Range_ 1 5 Rate Unit Cade

Section 2 that Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 2843 of
the County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE 020-001 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the fallowing:

and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Assistant County Administrative Officer
' or Deputy Administrative Officer
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 {f) of the Government Code of the State
of California; and before expiration of fifteen (7.5) days
after its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
