The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of the County of Butte
entitled Salary Plan far Classified Positions is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Step Step Hourly Class Classification
Ran e 1 5 Rate Unit Code Title
54 2598 3159 $1.4.99 MCS 1252 Safety
Officer
Section 2 that Section No. 65 of Ordinance Na.27~s3-: of
the County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE--SELF-INSURANCE
71.0-001 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Safety Officer
thereby changing the total to three.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
