AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. C7Fs3: 0~' THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
3 State of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Section 1 that Section No. 24 of the County of Butte
5 entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIMINAL 320-001 is hereby
6 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
7 Positions Classification Title
8 g Legal Stenographer Clerk or Legal
Typist Clerk or Stenographer Clerk
9 4 Typist Clerk II, I
10 and adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1Q Legal Stenographer Clerk or Legal
Typist Clerk or Stenographer Clerk

14 thereby changing the total to 38.
15 Section 2 that Section No. 58 of Ordinance No.~~g3

17 ABUSE 541-003 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the

10 and adding thereto the following:

13 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant

to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State
15
of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
16
after its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in
17 the County of Butte, State of California.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
