Ordinance No. 2919A
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN FR-5 (FOOTHILL
RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-
29.
T'he Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. Tie hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
Recreational - 5 acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County .Code
Section 24-112.1.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Oroville, more particularly described as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the State of California,
County of Butte, described as follows:
The NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Iying east of Clark Road as the same
existed on January 1, 1960, in Section 15, and the SW 1/4 of the SE
1/4 lying east of Clark Road as the same existed on January 1, 1960,
of Section 10, T21N, R3E, MDB&M.
Excepting therefrom any portion that lies within the boundaries of
thane certain deeds to the County of Butte, Recorded in Book 288,
Page 42, Official Records, and in Book 820, Page 586, Official
Records.
Also excepting the westerly 350 ft. measured from, and parallel with
the centerline of Clark Road as the same existed on January 1, 1960.
Containing 18+/- acres, more or less, Oroville.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this

Ordinance shall b~ published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 19th day of March, 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ASSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
