The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 2~ of Ordinance No. ~$3 of the County of
Butte entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY.,- CRIMINAL DIVISION 320-001 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
4 Typist Clerk TI, I
and adding thereto the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
1 Legal Typist Clerk, Typist Clerk III
3 Typist Clerk TI, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
Sectian 2 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 2783 of the County of
Butte entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION 320-002 is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
3 Typist Clerk III, II
9 Typist Clerk II, I
and adding thereto the following:
POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
~ Legal '~rpist Clerk, Typist Clerk III
6 Typist Clerk IT, I
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
'This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and before
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage it shall be published in

a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
