AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2923 OF THE
COIINTY OF BIITTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
3 of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 2923 of
4
the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES
5
540-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
s
following:
7 POSITIONS CLA.SSIFIGATION TITLE
$ 7 Public Health Assistant
9 and adding thereto the following:
10 POSITIONS CLASSIFICATION TITLE
11 g Public Health Assistant
12 thereby changing the total from 75 1/2 to 76 1/5.
13 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
14
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
15
its passage it shall be published in a newspaper in the
16
County of Butte, State of California.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
18 County of Butte this 21st day of ~ 1991, by
19 the following vote:
20 AYES: Supervisors ~1clnturf, P1cLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
21 NOES : None
22 ABSENT: None
