BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN FR-5 (FOOT'H1LL
RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
Recreational - 5 acre parcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
Section 24-112.1.
Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, north of Oroville, more particularly described as follows:
Being a portion of the W 1/2 of Section 1D, T21N, R3E, MDB&M
more particularly described as follows:
Begizining at the SW corner of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 10; thence along the W line thereof, N 00 degrees, 18' 48"
E 579.00 ft.; thence N 89 degrees, 0T 32" E 850.00 ft.; thence S 64
degrees, 00' E 145.00 ft.; thence S 83 degrees 50' 08" E 657.74 ft. to
a point on the centerline of a 60 fact wide roadway easement;
thence along said centerline, S 15 degrees 02' 39" E 36.27 ft, and S
08 degrees, D2' 06" W 402.41 feet to a point on the S line of the N
1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 10; thence along said S line, S
89 degrees D7' 32" W 160D.67 ft. to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30} days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of Fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
