AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN A-40 (AGRICULTURAL}
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
2 under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
3 DO ORDAIN, as follows:
4 SEG"TION i. The hereinafter ~describ`ed area situate in the County
5 of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an A-40
s (Agricultural - 40 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to the
7 restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
8
Section 24-81.

Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
to
County, Gridley, more particularly described as follows:

Lot 23 of Rio Bozuto North, Map of Record, Book 1, Page 10, and
12 the portions of Lots 25, 2b, and 27 of Rio Bonito North, Map of
13 Record, Book 1, Page 10, westerly of the easterly boundary line of
Parcel "B", a drainage easement in that deed to Sacramento San
~~ J'oaquin Drainage District recorded in Official Records, Book 524
Page 591, located in the Office of the Recorder, County of Butte.

16 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
~-'~ be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
18 passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
19 Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board

of Supervisors voting far and against it in the Paradise Pnst, a newspaper

published in the County of Butte, State of California.
