AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2923 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
3 California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, Reference B of the County of
4
Butte entitled Salary Plan far Classified Positions is hereby
5
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Class
7 Flat Amount Code Classification Title
$ $3.80/hr. 171.1 Election Day Worker
9 $3.80/hr. 5130 Law Enforcement Aide
and adding thereto the following: _

Class
11 Flat Amount Cade Classification Title
12 $x.25/hr. 2711 Election Day Worker
l3 $4.25/hr. 5130 Law Enforcement Aide
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to

Section 25123 (f) of the Government code of the State of
l5
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
16
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
l7 County of Butte, State of California.
18 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
l9 County of Butte this 25th day of dune 1991, by the
20 following vote:
