AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2923 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

2 The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, State
3 of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Sectian 1 that Section No. 13 of Ordinance No. 2923 of

the County of Butte entitled ASSESSOR - 080-001 is hereby
5
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

Positions Classification Title
~ 1 Supervisor-Appraiser
$ and adding thereto the following:
9 Positions Classification Title
lp 1 Supervising Auditor-Appraiser
11 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
12 Section 2 that Section No. 25 of Ordinance No. 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled DISTRICT ATTORNEY - FAMILY

SUPPORT DIVISION 320-002 is hereby amended by deleting

therefrom the following:

Positions Classification Title
16 2 Supervisor-Family Support Services
17 and adding thereto the fallowing:
18 Positions Classification Title
19 1 Supervisor-Family Support Services
20 1 Supervisor-Clerical Support Services
21 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
22 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
23 to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after

its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25th day of dune , 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors i~icInturf, Mc~aughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Supervisor He
