The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 59 of Ordinance No. 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled MENTAL HEALTH - H.E.R.E. 541-004
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Program Manager-Mental Health
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Supervising Mental Health Counselor
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25th day of June 199., by the
following vote:
