The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, Reference A of the County of
Butte entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Step Step Class
Ran e 1 5 Code Classification Title
138 1771 2152 8810 Specialist-Public Guardian
Public Administrator
Section 2 that Section 45 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC GUARDIAN-PUBLIC ADMINISTRATOR
500-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Glassif ication Title
1 Manager-Public Guardian/Public
Administrator
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Manager-Public Guardian/Public
Administrator or Specialist-Public
Guardian/Public Administrator
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
