The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 50 of Ordinance Na. 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled PUBLIC WORKS - ROAD MAINTENANCE
530-025 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Positions Classification Title
5 Heavy Equipment Mechanic
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classificatian Title
6 Heavy Equipment Mechanic
thereby changing the total. from 5 to 6.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25th day of June 1991, by the
following vote:
