The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 31 of Ordinance No. 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER - ADMINISTRATION
360-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Section No. 31 Sheriff-Coroner - Administration
360-001
and adding thereto the following:
Section No. 31 Sheriff-Coroner -- Service 360-001
Section 2 that Section No. 31 of Ordinance No, 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-~CORONER - SERVICES
360-001. is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant
to Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, it sha11 be published in a newspaper in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25th day of dune 1991, by the
