The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3, Reference B of the County of
Butte entitled Salary Plan for Classified Positions is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Flat Amount Classification Title
$4.25/hour Lifeguard
$4.55/hour Lifeguard, Assistant Manager
$5.50/hour Lifeguard, Manager
and adding thereto the following:
Flat Amount Classification Title
$5.00/hour Lifeguard
$5.50/hour Lifeguard, Assistant Manager
$5.75/hour Lifeguard, Manager
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 2nd day of ~Jul,y 1991., by the
