The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 37 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled PROBATION 430-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
17 Probation Officer II, I
and adding thereto the follawing:
Positions Classification Title
18 Probation Officer II, I
thereby changing the total to 39 1/2.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of
Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte this 16th day of ~u~y , 1991, by the follawing
vote:
AYES: Supervisors NicInturf, roux, h~cLaughlin and Chair ~o7an
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
