AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2923 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE, "SALARY ORDINANCE!'
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 32 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER - OPERATIONS 360-002
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3~ Deputy Sheriff
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
38 Deputy Sheriff
thereby changing the total from 62 to 63.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
county of Butte this 23rd day of duly , 1991, by the
following vote:
