The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 55 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
540-003 is hereby amended by deleting there from the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
2 Supervisor-Environmental Health
5 Environmental Health
Specialist III, II
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Supervisor-Environmental Health
4 Environmental Health
Specialist iII, TT
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 6th day of August 1991, by the
