AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2923 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
3 California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 60 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the

County of Butte entitled WELFARE - ADMINISTRATION 570-001 is
5
hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
6
Positions Classification Title
7 10 Social Worker TV, III
8 56 Social Worker III, II
9 31 Social Worker II, I
1Q 7 Receptionist
ZI and adding thereto the following:
12 Positions Classification Title

16 thereby leaving the total unchanged.
17 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
18 Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
19 California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days after
20 its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the Gounty
21 of Butte, State of California.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte this 20th day of Rugust , 1991, by the
following vote:
