The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 54 or Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES
540-001 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Public Health Nurse Practitioner
and adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
3 Public Health Nurse Practitioner
or Public Health Nurse
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Berard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this I7th day of Member , 1991, by the
following vote:
