STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN P-Q (PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte
County Code of said County, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is
hereby zoned as an P-~Q (Public/Quasi-public) District, and such
area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-1.29.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Gridley, more particularly described as
follows:
All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the corner common to Sections 4 and 5,
T17N, R3E, MDB&M, and Sections 32 and 33, T18N, R3E
MDB&M in Boga Rancho; thence S 0° 17' 10" E along the
W line of said Section 4, a distance of 1.3.1.2 ft. to a
point on the S line of a County road; thence N 89° 18'
E along the S line of said County road a distance of
40 ft. to a point which point is the true point of
beginning; thence N 55° 44' E along the SE side of
said County road a distance of 131.5.12 ft. to a point;
thence N 34° 16' W a distance of 33 ft. to a point;
thence N 55° 44' E a distance of 9.89 ft. to a point
on the W bank of the Feather River; thence S 49° 23' E
along the W bank of the Feather River a distance of
647.30 ft.; thence leaving the W bank of the Feather
River S 56° 28' E a distance of 794.62 ft.; thence S
34° 06 1/2' E a distance of 800 ft.; thence S 55° 53
1/2' W distance of 224.97 ft. to a point; thence N 34°
06 1/2' W a distance of 755.62 ft.; thence S 64° 27' W
a distance of 851.26 ft.; thence S 67° 20' 38" W,
83.10 ft.; thence S 79° 32' 00" W, 1.1.5.00 ft.; thence
S 89° 24' 55" W, 1107.65 ft. to a point in the E line
of a 40 foot County road; thence N 0° 17' 10" W along
the E line of said County road a distance of 667.13
ft. to the true point of beginning.
Containing 57 acres, more or less, east of Gridley.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
(30) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members
of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Paradise Past, a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Cal~.fornia, on the 17th day of September,
