BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN C-2 {GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of said County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an C-2 (General
Commercial) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Oroville, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel One as shown on that certain Parcel Map recorded in the
Butte County Recorders Office in Book 49 of Maps, at page 43,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Parcel One, thence South
77 degrees 22' 31" East along the North line of said Parcel One,
766.21 feet; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Parcel
One, South 40 degrees 37' 14" East, 72.49 feet; thence South 06
degrees 32' S3" East, 109.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 26' 21"
East, 203.99 feet to the Southeast corner of said Parcel One; thence
North 77 degrees 22' 31" West along the Southerly line of said
Parcel One, 827.65 feet to the Southwest corner of said Parcel One;
thence North 00 degrees 11' S9" West along the West line of said
Parcel One 353.87 feet to the point of beginning and the end of this
description.
Containing 6.50 acres more or less.
The Basis of Bearings for this description is the same as shown an
said Parcel Map 49 M 43.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Past, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 17thday of September , 1991, by the
fallowing vote:
