ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-1
DF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 3
REGARDING SHERIFF'S FEES
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 3-]. of the Butte County Cade is amended to read as
fnilaws:
Section 3-1. Sheriff's fees. The Butte County Sheriff is authorized
to charge, in addition to any other fees required by the County of Butte or
the State of California, the fallowing fees for services provided by his
office:
(1) Local record review ......................................... .15.00
(2) Letter of clearance ............................................ 15.00
(3) Fingerprinting - per card ...................................... 5.00
(4) Processing fingerprints - per card ............................. 5.00
{5} identification card with photograph ............................ 10.00
(6} Reports - up to 5 pages ........................................ 5.00
(7) Reports - per page after 5 ..................................... .5fl
(8) Found property ad .............................................. 11.00
Section 2. Severability. Tf any part of this ordinance shall be held
void by a court of competent jurisdiction, such part shall be deemed
severable, and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts
of this ordinnance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Entererise Record ,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
