The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 7 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled ADMINISTRATIVE 020-001 i5 hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 Deput~r Administrative Officer ar
Administrative Analyst III,II,I
and adding thereto the following;

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
