The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3A of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS
is hereby amended by adding thereto the fallowing:

004 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f} of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the Count
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 19th day of Pdovember, 1991, by the
following vote:
