The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 4A of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR ELECTIVE AND APPOINTE[
OFFICIALS is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
Salary Biweekly Monthly Annual Class Classification

905 $2,671 $5,787 $69,446 0175 Director-Development
Services
Section 2 that Section No. 44A of Ordinance No. 2923 of
the County of Butte entitled DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 440--001 is
hereby amended by adding thereto the fallowing:
Positions Classification Title
1. Director - Development Services
3 Code Enforcement Officers
1 Administrative Analyst II, I
1 Supervisor - Clerical Support
Services or Administrative Services
Assistant
2 Principal Clerk or Office Assistant
ITT
thereby adding a total of 8 positions.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Code of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the Caunt~
of Butte, State of California.
