The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 37 of Ordinance No. 2923 of the
County of Butte entitled PROBATION 430-001 is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
2 - 50% Probation Officer II, I
thereby changing the total from 40 1/2 to 41 1/2.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Cade of the State of
California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 17th day of December 1991, by the
follawing vote:
