L976 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43, SECTION 43-1 TO THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR SERVICES RENDERED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows: Section 1. That Chapter 43, Section 43-~. of the Butte County Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 43 PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES Section 43-1 Fees Charged for services.
