The Board of Supervisors of' the County o~ Butte, State of
California, D~ ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 32 0~ Ordinance No. 2923 of the
Caunty of Butte entitled SHERIFF-COR~NER -- SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT
UNIT 360-008 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:
Pasitions Classification Title
2 DeputV Sheriff
and adda.ng thereto the foll.owing:
Positions Classification Tit~e
4 Deputy Sheriff
thereby changing the total from 3 TO 5.
This ordinance shall take effect immeda.ately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Government Gode o~ the State of
California; and be€ore expiration of fifteen {15) days after
its passage, it sha11 be published in a newspaper in the Caunty
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
