The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that 5ection No, 37 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entitled PROBATYON 430-001 is hereby amended by
deleting therefrom the following:
Positions C~assification Ta.t1e
1- 50~ Office Assistant I/~I
and add~nq thereto the following: '
Positians Classification Title
2 - 50% Office Assistant ~/II
thereby changing the total from 4~. 1/2 to 42.
This ardinance shall take e~fect immedi.ately pursuant to
Secta.an 25123 {f) o~ the Gavernment Code of the State o~
California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of Cali~ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 25th day of February , 1992::, by the
