AN ORDIlV.ANCE ZONING PORTI4NS OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIF~RNIA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER
24-29.
The Board of Supervisor~ of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant. to Chapter 24-29 of the .Sutte County Code .of said County,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
of Butte, State of Ca.li£om7ia., shall be and it is hereby zon~d as an H-C (Highway

restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun~ty Code Section 24-113.

Ordiuaance shall be publis~ed once with the na~nes of ~he members of the Board
af Supervisors vot,~ng for a.nd aga.inst it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of Califomia,
