The Board af Supervisors of th~ County of Butte, State of
California, DO 4RDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County af Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS -
GENERAL UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following:

Section 4 that Secti~n Na. 59 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte entit~ed MENTAL HEALTH - H.E.R.E. 541-004 is
h~reby amended by adding thereto the fallowing:

thereby changing the total to 25 positions.
This ordinance shall take effect im~nediately pursuant to
Section 25123 (f) of the Gavernment Code of the 5tate of
Califarnia; and be~ore expirat~on of fi~teen {15} days after
its passage, it shall be pub~ished in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State o~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board o~ Supervisors of the
County of Butte this ~pt~ day of March , 1992, by the
