The Board of Supervisors af the County o~ Butte, State of
Californ~.a, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 7 0£ Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County af Butt~ entitled A~MINISTRATIVE 020-00~ is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom th~ ~ollowing:

following:
