The Board o~ Supervisars of the County of Butte, State of
Cali£ornia, DO ORDAIN as fol].ows:
Section 7. that Section Na. 20 of Ordinance No. 2979 of the
County of Butte ~ntitled NORTH COUNTX MUNICTPAL COURT 243-00~
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the follawing:

thereby leaving the total unchanged.
This ordinance shall takE effect immediately pursuant to

its passage, it shall be pub~.ished in a newspaper in the County
of Butte, State of Ca~.ifarnia.
